So NDSU burned the bridges by moving to DI? I don't remember NDSU running their mouth off like UND. If NDSU burned the bridges why is UND looking at moving to DI? Must have been the smart move. What effect will UND's move up to DI have on the NCC?

First of all we have 9 games already scheduled for 07-08. 07-08 you'll be in limo. You may have saved some travel cost (not close to 10 million) by following NDSU, UNC, and SDSU's lead if and it's a big IF we get into a conference. Fact is you'll have moved up to DI without a conference something everyone on this board said is the leading factor you didn't move up before. It's not written in stone that the BSC will move to 12 teams, they could just as easily take 1 and be a 10 team conference or stay where they are. If you move up now the only reason will be jealousy, nothing has changed from 3 years ago.

NDSU started 4 freshmen and 1 JUCO this year. You need to pick another example if you want to make your point.

Isn't the money always cut 64 ways. George Mason it as much DI as any of the larger schools. If they (larger schools) can't get their teams in the final 64 they better look at upgrading their bb program, not trying to create road blocks for smaller DI schools.

Another reason Presbyterian was accepted into the Southern conf was they wanted 6 teams for an auto bid for the playoffs. It's apples and oranges, but believe what you want.

You'll have to get the city to build you a 30,000 seat fb venue. That's the min. seating for full DI fb.

It will have more than doubled this year and there is more room for growth. The goal this year is 1.5 Million. The thing UND people have to ask themselves is there room for growth in their situation. I know they did a great job in increasing the hockey funding, but are UND fans topped out? With hockey already playing a lot of big 10 teams, would there be interest in adding bb and fb?

It's fun watching you guys trying to decide what you want to be, dii or DI. I guess todays heralds story on the UND committee says you guys are going to be 700,000 in the hole this year. Where's the money?
