  1. As I said in a previous thread I recall that third row in Magness should place you behind the players bench glass
  2. If I remember correctly third row should put you directly behind the bench.
  3. I believe that you might be confusing him with a certain Mike Howe.
  4. Very Serious. if the unthinkable happens do you want a stiff in the net for the NCAAs. I would call that an unfortunate suicide but still suicide to have let it happen. What would you call oh great hockey guru.
  5. Agreed but this program is not going to go into the second half of the season without a third goalie who can play at the WCHA level. To do so could be suicide.
  6. They need a body to fire pucks at the rest of this semester but I don't believe for a minute that there won't be a new goalie added for the next semester.
  7. This being an off week has anyone noticed whether or not the coaches have headed out on the road? Perhaps directly north, to look at a couple of goalies?
  8. And Ben Blood had two assists as team USA beat the Russians 9-6 to take the Bronze medal.
  9. Bradley Eidsness helped lead Canada West to a 5-1 victory over USA stopping 30 of 31 shots and this eveing they will face Canada East in the Gold Medal game. http://www.hockeycanada.ca/index.cfm/ci_id...me_id/1316.html
  10. Anyone have any thoughts on who might be added to replace Greico. It likely can't take place until after Christmas or are exceptions made for the position. My money is still on Armour of the Selkirk Steelers as the obvious choice. He is dominating the MJHL and he is a US citizen which should make the administrative process even easier. http://www.selkirksteelers.com/ Or the second best goalie in the league who is 6'7" McHale of Portage http://www.portageterriers.com/_mgxroot/page_10797.html
  11. That shot was an absolute laser for his sixth of the season.
  12. Wow, some people on this site have been watching too many soap operas or reading too many of those grocery store rags. This has definitely strayed too far from reality (I hope ) and I think it is time to start a new section called the Sioux Fantasy Forum.
  13. Not much wonder with a car load of ladies telling you to turn here and turn there.
  14. If he can get throught the enrolment and SATCAT process quickly the best and quickest solution is three hours to the north in Alan Armour of the Selkirk Steelers. The kid dominated Youth Hockey and is head and shoulders above all of the other goalies in the MJHL. http://www.selkirksteelers.com/Roster.php
  15. At least the Wooger doesn't own the worst Gopher start in their WCHA history.
  16. Why is everyone so surprised by such an obvious move. The kid dreams of playing Pro and came to UND with the Eagles endorsment only to find himself not even dressing every night. He can't be optimisitic that next year is going to be any different with a drafted goalie coming in next season whereas he could very well be an immediate starter in the OHL. Flame me if you want but I fully understand what he is doing.
  17. I saw the same thing as you, it was a penalty.
  18. Actually based on what I have seen thus far this evening Bina should have taken the night off instead of Jones.
  19. Pretty Goal and great timing by Watkins 1-1
  20. And mine is clearer than last night.
  21. Cmon Guys. Forney will be fine, the coaches said his recovery took a little longer than expected so this early in the season two games in one weekend is perhaps asking a little much.
  22. Well I would have assumed that the Sioux are looking at D men anyway. The only SJHL D-man I can think of who is really good and has slightly darker skin is Stephen Simms with Weyburn. He won the hardest shot competition at last years Tier II Junior All-star game. http://www.sjhl.ca/playerprofile.aspx?player_id=1543
  23. Could it have been the player in this link from the Portage Terriers. Jeremy Dawes is not quite as good as his brother Nigel who plays for the NY Rangers but still a very solid player and fast. <a href="http://www.portageterriers.com/_mgxroot/page_10819.html" target="_blank">http://www.portageterriers.com/_mgxroot/page_10819.html</a>
  24. I won't embarass that poor goofball again, he did a good enough job.
