    Would think with such a powerful SOS and being a member of the mighty Summit League that the Meehof's would be seeded higher than UND? I mean Conference RPI....right? UND has 4 more wins than them but the teams they beat are terrible. Perplexed.

    That was unbelievable. Gotta give credit to Jones and his staff for somehow keeping them in it late when they could have folded. Unreal. We know who our coach is for the next 3-4 years, at least. Let's embrace it now and move on.

    Montana was a 13 seed a few years ago. Got destroyed by Syracuse. Even if NDSU had won the Summit they would have been a 15 seed. Conference was down this year with all teams being "pretty good", no dominant teams.

    I have a bad feeling as well. They are so athletic and volatile, don't know what they are going to do. Need to just win and advance! I feel better playing against UM or Idaho on a neutral court than vs these guys.

    Some of us have been around UND a long time. We are just cautiously optimistic, that's all. Really can't blame us. Want nothing more than for UND to win the Big Sky title and go to the NCAA Tourney. Jones would then deserve a nice contract extension.

    Unfortunately for Big Sky teams, no fans own/care about the BS Tournament.

    These questions are why it's important to actually win some non-conference games, maybe even knock of a Big Ten team or something. Raises your profile and might get you into a 15 seed. Instead, they will probably get a "play-in" game.
