I think the boys come out in full control from the drop of the puck. They want to leave the pod on a high note with a dominating performance and set the tone for the rest of the season. Just a hunch

I agree about the ice but it’s not as bad as it was when AIC upset SCSU at Scheels Arena a couple years ago. I have never seen ice that bad for a college hockey game let alone a Regional. Obviously it favored AIC
