  1. Anyone know if there is a possible FTA (free to air) satellite signal for Mankato home games? Someone said the Mankato Charter cable is airing the game locally. Maybe someone knows past satellite coordinates used in Mankato...
  2. Any one know if Sensers in Bloomington will have the game sound on tonight, instead of listening to those black boxes? I like to hear the game.
  3. I am willing to bet money that UND's plan is to change the name to "Force". I have got too many emails with that theme over the last year. Force of the North (Force) to be Reckoned With I cant see them just doing it for advertising creative filler. We are being warmed up to the Force name. Lets Go Force! (1 syllable just a coincidence?)
  4. My wife, the Badger alum, and I are making the trip. Anyone know a good place to eat/drink before the game?
  5. Did any one else lose the Satelite feed about a minute ago?
  6. If we need a new name I would go with "Soo" or "Su", and just make up a definition. Giving up the Lets go Soo chant is asking too much.
  7. I have it now. I had to tweak the motorized dish position.
  8. Any one got the satelite feed up yet?
  9. Any chance the BC vs Michigan game at the Xcel Center is on FTA satelite today? I think FSN also has it.
  10. Badger tickets at Madison went on sale today: http://www.uwbadgers.com/tickets/mhky/index_210.html 1-800-GOBADGE

    BC / MSU

The strong defense approach, and low scoring game is exactly what struck me about last night's game and the recent national champions. MSU did not have the fancy goal scorers, but both them and BC had great defense. It sure appears that a strong defense is beating a strong offense. Thinking about the Sioux's last 3 runs, I was thinking that having a strong defensemen like Matt Green helps to get you to the final game. Only to then get stuck in the Denver trap. It's much more fun to watch a high flying Sioux game.
  12. Robbie Bina is the Bionic Man.
  13. Thanks Cheesemover for doing the impossible. How do I get a hold of Joe Sensers himself to tell him what a great job you do for us Sioux fans? Thanks again.
  14. So the options for twin cities Sioux fans to watch the game live appear to be: -Driving to Duluth -Watching on web at http://www.channelsurfing.net/# -Hope that the game shows up on FTA satellite. I wonder if Charter in Duluth is getting the feed via FTA? As Iceberg often watches Duluth games on FTA.
  15. I would like to see the WCHA Huskies win too, but they have been playing so bad recently that I have doubts.
  16. It says now "that due to programming restrictions the feed is unavailable".
  17. If the live signal does not show up on FTA on Saturday, I am with you on trying to plug our ears until the tape delay. See you at the Bloomington Sensors.
  18. It sure looks like this may be the only way to watch these games live in the Twin Cities. I better call my mom in GF to see if she got high speed internet access installed to Sling channel 23.
  19. I just called the St Cloud ticket office (1-877-SCSUTIX) and they say "tonights game is ON". (They will play)
  20. Don't the "Regular Season" champions also get an auto bid?
  21. It sounds like this webcast is Audio only, not video.
  22. I think they will wear black again tonight for the psychological/superstitious impact. Last years saturday night performance after the friday slaughter will keep us in black jerseys for a while.
  23. There were a lot of empty seats last night, even befor the gopher fans left half way thru the 3rd period. The capacity of the John is rated at 10,000, so I think the attendance number was inflated. A lot of season ticket holders just dont show up.
  24. My system says AMC2 is 105W. And AMC16 is at 85W. Either way I cant get either of these signals. I think my dish is off a couple degrees or something.
