In 1983 UND was knocked out at home in OT against Wisconsin. I don't recall it being similar to the Bina goal, but they did score shorthanded. They scored the apparent game winner only to have it negated by a curved stick ruling. They were then shorthanded due to the penalty for the curved stick and scored. Wisconsin went on to win the NCAA championship in GF that year. I was sitting next to the Wisconsin bench and remember the Wisconsin goalie, Kleissinger or Behrend?, yelling at the Sioux fans as they went through the tunnel.
