I don't think it is on FSN. I was watching the UW-UMD game last week and they showed a commercial for the first round series. If I remember correctly, they only advertised the friday and saturday game. Plus when looking at the listings tonight, FSN alternative doesn't show the game.

Why should the play-in game winner have to play the early game simply because it isn't the Gophers they are playing? It's a screw job. It was a screw job last year when UAA had to play UND and it will be a screw job this year to whomever wins the play-in game. It has nothing to do with favors and has everything to do with fairness. It blows that the WCHA puts money above all else. Not a suprise though because money seems to be becoming the only thing that matters, no matter it involves the Gpphers, the Sioux, the WCHA or some podunk tournament in Grand Rapids, MN. BTW, if it'd be a favor to the play-in team to always play in the late game, then it's a favor that the Gophers get to always play in the late game. If the play-in team doesn't deserve favors, why do the Gophers?

I didn't think Sheppard did too bad this weekend. That interference call on McMahon last night was beyond dumbfounding though. How can you interfere with a guy that has the puck?

Being the first game I've ever sat right behind the penalty box, this may have been my favorite game ever. It sure is fun to taunt the players.

It might have something to do with Panzer being property of Columbus not Syracuse, therefore Syracuse can't really trade him. They can only loan him to another team. Assuming the NHL comes back, if and when he gets called up, it will be by Columbus. That's just a guess though.

Northeastern lost to UNH last night. UND is still tied for 9th in the PWR when you add in the bonuses.

Maybe I'm wrong, but I've always been under the impression that there are some people who don't like what the students are doing/saying no matter what. Whether it is the 50's, 60's, 90's and whether sucks, FU or anything else is being said, some people don't like what the students are doing. It used to be almost unthinkable that someone said sucks, but students said it in unison. It was thought that saying sucks is completely classless and ignorant. Now saying sucks isn't that big of a deal. Am I wrong? If I'm right, then why is it such a big deal now? Because the NC$$ taking action on it? Because media coverage is so much higher than it used to be?

We would've but we couldn't find a Gopher fan that we could tie to us and bring with. They were all too busy rioting.

It was Maryland fans who cheered FU JJ and had the signs. JJ Redick plays for Duke, so I"d hope his own fans aren't doing that. As far as the signs, all the people who care about and would hold the signs, didn't get seats because of the way tickets were given out this year. I'll be on the penalty box this weekend though and would be happy to have signs. Especially one that says "Bulldogs are people, not mascots".

WCHA charges $15 for student tickets to playoff series. REA adds $10 to that and charges students $25. Why must everything be about making as much money as possible?

ESPN does love Duke, not really the point though. The sister comment is beyond bad, if the person who had the sign knew how old JJ's sister was. If not, it was dumb, but not that big of a dael. The worst one I thought was the student who had a shirt with JJ's picture on it that said "I"m gonna name my kid JJ" on the front and "And beat him every day" on the back. JJ summed it up well though about the people who call him at 3 in the morning to tell him he sucks, "Get a Life." Just a question, when we taunted Jeff Finger for getting himself locked in the airport bathroom or when UMD fans taunted Brandt for the pulltabs, was that personal life? Much more importantly though, I'm gonna be on the penalty box this weekend, what should I taunt the UMD players about?

Go to the Bloomington Sensers. That's the one UMD fans are gonna try to take over. You can't let them do that.

Nick Fuhrer scored the goal against DU in 2003. UND will win it in three, like they seemingly always do other than last year.

It's supposedly on KFAN. Also Crystal Sports, though they didn't have the Class A games yesterday like their site said they would.

You can't replace the Bison. It's foolish to even try. When UND goes DI, the rivalry will be renewed.
