That was a bad interception that was all on Bartels. That defender was standing right there and Bartels threw it right into his hands. We can't afford that against such a good team.

I'll take a Jake Miller 5 yard run on 1st followed up by a 11 yard run. We have to establish that running game to keep their D honest.

Gilly's/Brick & Barley is taking a big business risk by going away from the loud music, crazy drunk college dance scene that they were known for and going for a more casual bar/restaurant setting that you can actually carry on a conversation while there. They took the dance floor out a while ago and are doing some major remodeling. But I can see it doing very well if they get the message out to the adult/business crowd that they are no longer a loud college party bar. GF could use more trendy, slightly upscale establishments for the recent college grads and 30+ crowd that are over the dance scene to hang out at.

I know I'm in the minority on this one, but it is time for NoDak to get rid of the Notre Dame logo. I hope when we get a new nickname and logo, they also come up with a new ND/UND logo. No matter how much we claim we used the logo first, 99.999% of people will always see that logo and think Notre Dame. As a flagship, highly ranked academically, full DI university it is time that we get our own identity. But we don't need to derail this thread off topic, unless we are talking about the Notre Dame logos in the middle of the football practice and basketball facilities.

DU Pioneers mascot committee recommends against adopting a new mascot No $h!t. You aren't going to take 8,000 people and get them all to agree on the exact same thing. So instead they just aren't going to do anything. They were about as effective and efficient as the government.

I am assuming that UND's High Performance Center is going to put this place to shame: (I suggest setting it to 1080 and watching in full screen to even begin to catch all of the little details) My favorite quote, "You do not build this place unless you are thinking about being the very best." I hope that UND takes that attitude when completing phase 2. If we are going to do this, let's do it right.

It's going to be a big stretch to try steal a recruit away from Creighton or Drake. Impossible, no. But extremely difficult.
