The fact that I don't even get mad or worked up while watching this horrible game says a lot about the program. It is sad that our team has fallen so far and can't even compete. Coach can't even say we have been going toe-to-toe with these teams anymore.

I have reminded myself of that game numerous times this evening just to give me hope and not turn the channel. HAHA.

Amazing field position. Come on guys, get it in the endzone, make it a game and get a little momentum and excitement back into the UND sideline.

The D FLAT OUT blew that 3rd down. But the SDSU receiver was so dumbfounded that there wasn't a UND defender within 10 yards of him he busted out laughing and forgot to catch the ball.

If the D wants to even remotely redeem themselves, they could start by coming up with a turnover or even just stopping SDSU on this 3rd down for once.

I could look it up, but you probably know it right off hand. Where did SDSU recruit him out of and what other schools were going after him? He is an amazing athlete.

CSU Pueblo is a pretty new D2 program, but they have been successful out of the gate. But some people thought N. Colorado could be a middle of the pack Big Sky team this season. Obviously we have all seen lower division teams show up and win, but I'm surprised that UNC lost this one.

Welp, the UND game is just too frustrating to watch. So I'm going to step away from the TV, calm down, and catch up on some of the other games going on. Weber St 7 Utah 70 Final. OUCH!!! CSU-Pueblo 41 N. Colorado 36 Final. Even bigger OUCH!!! Portland St 30 Cal 37 Final. Dixie St 14 Idaho St 40 Final.

Now the defense needs to REALLY step up and come up with a stop or a turnover. You know that SDSU is just going to continue giving it to Zenner every single play and run down that clock. Even on that last carry of the quarter by Zenner, the defender actually wrapped him up properly for the tackle, but he is so strong in his legs he pulled the defender for 2 yards before going down. Defense was there and tackled him properly, but he still managed to squeak out a few yards.

FINALLY a positive spark to give us some hope. Now put it in the endzone!!!

He is a stud, and our junior high tackling skills are making him look even better. At this point we should just stick 5 guys on him alone and see if SDSU even has a second play in their offensive playbook besides giving it to Zenner every single play.

Dan Hammer and the rest of the broadcasters are employees of Midco. But yes, they all have connections to UND. Dan Hammer does all of the UND broadcasts of the different sports. Midco has an office and broadcast set in GF now. As far as the open seats, the band has a big section opposite the cameras that always looks horrible for the opening kickoff and start of the 2nd half until they get into the stands. But yes, you can see there are plenty of open seats in each corner of the Al. UND fans are used to all of our major sports being successful or at least competitive. Unfortunately the football program hasn't done much since D2 to excite the UND fan base and give them a reason to show up.

Seriously, add something to the conversation or go away. Am I the only one who thinks gfhockey is nothing but a troll? The constant rambling, swearing, misspelling and posting as if they are drunk just seems to be a shtick. Always wondered if he is a FU fan just putting on an act to make it look like our fans are drunk hicks who follow nothing buy hockey.

We knew the game would come down to stopping Zenner. The D seems to better about being in their right spot on D compared to last year, they just flat out can't wrap up and make an actual tackle. We need to just stuff the box at this point, let SDSU beat us through the air and START MAKING SOME TACKLES! As far as offense, Bartels is just showing his youth. He is a freshman basically playing in his first real game. That interception was flat out all on his shoulders, he threw it right to the defender who was just standing there. And he was showing his nerves when the D was closing in on him and he had to scramble. A couple of times he just ran in circles and wasn't even looking down field. But there were at least 3 dropped passes that should have been caught. He just needs to settle down and play like he is capable of.

Zenner is ridiculously athletic and can turn and shift on a dime, but the D needs to quit with trying to ARM TACKLE! He is too quick and strong to pull him down with one arm. It is the same problem they had all of last year.

Zenner already with 130 yards. Seriously, at this point just stuff the box. Nine plays out of 10 are going to him.

I expect NDSUA&AS trolls, but we don't need trolls from our own fan base. We get it, you don't like Mussman.
