Not sure where to put this, but NCAA has changed the recruiting rule limit. Now instead of 25 max each year the number is unlimited while maintaining the 85 limit/ team. So, if a team has 30 players leave in a year due to graduation or Transfer Portal, it can sign 30 players.

As for Miller, the Cancel Culture folks live to keep people like him down FOREVER. They won't quit. It would be more than a college can handle. They don't believe in forgiveness or redemption. To be clear, Miller would need to impress the victim of his bullying that he's rehabilitated. Not sure that is ever going to happen. That would need to be the first step.
