I want a 12 team playoff for the reasons you suggest. If ONE underdog wins in the first round it's the sports news biggest story for the whole week and the beauty of it is, it's very possible. But I disagree that the only thing the NCAA cares about is "who's the best." The NCAA cares ONLY about money and a 12 team playoff makes more money than a 4 team.

I know that the industry ideal is to have recruits know the HC will be there for at least the 4 years the player is there. However, with the Transfer Portal, I think that ideal is out the window. So why do any extension for more than one year? Will it make that much difference in these times?

I believe other schools have created a 501(c)(3) I guess for "educational purposes."
