Those line combos.....
-
Playoff mentality from now on. Can't afford losses to CC or Omaha. Or give them 5-3 for over a minute.
-
Exchanged unpleasantries with Smaby in hand shake line and yelled at our guys going off the ice after we got swept. We really need to 10-1 them a couple times and have Smith fight that guy.
-
Paging 2019-2020 team. It was #91 for the Griffs that was a huuuuge douche after they swept us at their place. He is a Junior this year so I'm guessing all NHL teams pass on him and he is back for his senior year. Cole Smith has to fight at some point right??

I just put them there to be with schools with similar attendance. Someone already said it, but they'd probably play in the AA you would think.
-
AA Teams: Williston, Dickinson, Minot, Bismarck High, Century, Mandan, Devils Lake, Jamestown, GFC, GFRR, West Fargo, WF Sheyenne, Fargo North, Fargo South, Davies. A Teams: Crosby, Watford City, Hazen, Bottineau, Langdon, Mayport, Grafton. Class A seems a little thin, but maybe you would see Wahpeton come back to North Dakota, and possibly Shanley going off on their own again to play in the lower division. Questions: When will Legacy have hockey? How far out are we from the next WF high school? I'll hang up and listen.

Grand Forks still in talks to get the MJHL team? That could end up being like a AAA midget team for the city, and maybe you don't see kids like Costello, Kuntz, Caufield leave the city so early. Wouldn't be a shortage of guys in the forks area that could coach that team either.

Boy has that Donato trade given the Wild a jump. Three straight, and you don't have to watch Coyle not bury chances any more.
-
His first year coaching the demons he spoke at a high school coaches meeting in Grand Forks about his career, upbringing, and how excited he was to coach his former high school. You kind of got the feeling then that the tide would be turning for BHS hockey. Some people like him, some people hate him, but a lot of his players would skate through a brick wall for him.

Assistant coach.
-
I like, but I'd make one change. Gooch-Senden-Hain Adams-Hoff-Weatherby Bowen-Rhett-Smith Yon-Keane-Johnson No real center for fourth line, but double shift a center with those guys.
-
Lineup may not look as bad as I thought.....pitching won't help though.... 1. Polanco-SS 2. Schoop-2B 3. Cruz-DH 4. Rosario-RF 5. Sano-3B 6. Kepler-LF 7. Cron-1B 8. Castro/Astudillo-C 9. Buxton-CF Give it time and Gonzales will be the every day 1st baseman. I don't think Cron duplicates last year.

With the dwindling attendance why not try it? Matt Malm during a coaches meeting one year recommended moving the boys tournament to Minot (All Seasons Arena) when there was issues with scheduling the girls and boys in GF. Scheels arena is a great place to host. Actually seemed like some atmosphere last night.

Are these games even that important? I mean we get the autobid to Fargo right?
-
Senior captains with dumb @ss penalties doesn't cut it. Wow....
-
It would be the way this season has gone to lose due in large part to two 5-3 pp goals caused by a senior captain.
-
Terrible turnover by Davies on a weak clear and Central regroups and makes them pay.
-
Update from Fargo: Davies and Central tied at 0, half way through.
-
Senden yelling at guys on the bench to keep it rolling. God I love that kid.
-
So are they reviewing this or what?
-
Maybe a review. Definitely intent to blow the whistle.....
-
Big goal Hain.
-
Okay Rhett, we took a penalty, now is the time to completely surprise Duluth and give them another 5-3. They won't see it coming.
-
Walsh all over that one with the whistle coming before the goalie had the puck covered. Great work.
-
At least Rhett has as many penalties as we have shots.
