That Saturday night comeback against Duluth was one helluva win. The way the Dogs are playing I think they'll finish second in the NCHC and get a number one seed in the NCAA's. Hopefully that sends them to Denver and makes that the region of death. Two weeks to get healthy then a battle against a ticked off Denver squad.

Just watched the third period of Central vs. Red River. Game ended 2-1 Central. From what I saw the reffs put the whistles away and let the teams battle it out 5x5, the way it should be. For the first time in a few years there isn't a clear state champ. @sioux rube summed up the west pretty well. I think state starts with an EDC sweep first round.

Two big Saturday night wins on the road for Thome. Wasn't always pretty, but got the job done. I think for this team to go anywhere it's with Scheel getting back to form, but for the time being gotta go with Thome next Friday.
