One thing that I've noticed is that Bubbs is way....way....more intense on the bench and you see the trickle down effect to the team. Last year stretches of desperate hockey were there, but not like this year. #2....putting puck in the 6x4.

I think Berry will stay with Scheel. Gotta get Thome in there at some point, but I think with this being the last home NCHC series with big points on the line he sticks with Scheel.

Berry post game: -First period not good. Gotta be ready to go. -Two lines didn't bring it, two lines did. Guessing that the Mismash line dies and the Weatherby line after tonight.

UND wins 4-2. Nothing fancy that third period. Four lines, heavy hockey, pucks deep. 8 consecutive wins at home.

Smith ends it. This period has been a clinic in the cycle game. SCSU with zero answer for UND below the dots.

Gooch with a great pass to Pinto, and it's a 2-0 hockey game. That's all Gooch. Great play to draw the weakside wing into thinking shot and Pinto makes no mistake.

Seems like there is never a fit for Mismash.

How good was that Grand Rapids team they're talking about. Miller, Hain, McLaughlin.....

SCSU had to be thrilled with their start. A crossbar, good looks, carrying the play....and then UND scores on basically their first chance because they tried to get cute.....

Good points. I'm all about playing both goalies, but given what Scheel has been giving the team you gotta ride the hot hand IMHO.
