Pierre Lacroix's kid now in the net.

Caron saw that all the way too. 4-0.

BU hasn't seen a line like 26-9-18. Those guys are rolling.
-
Anybody want a bet that the next penalty is on UND?
-
Ohh boy.....BU wants interference.

And now Darrisaw is out for the season and possibly some of next season. Going to be really tough to win that division with a backup left tackle. Not sure what is available in the left tackle trade world.

My biggest issue is game management in regards to clock management. The Green Bay game.....Up 28-0 with a minute left in the half....3rd and 1.....run the damn ball Kevin. If you don't get it the half is over with.....Green Bay isn't taking a time out to get the ball at their 10. Instead its 28-7 now because we tried a slant route to our 4th WR (also our punt returner), who got hurt then Nailer (backup punt returner) fumbled the Packer punt and we gave them a freebie TD. Same game....up 28-7 on the Packer 20.....2nd and 1.....run the damn ball Kevin. Instead we try to play hero ball and Green Bay gets the ball after we throw an interception. Instead of two minutes off the clock and at least a 31-7 lead, Green Bay has new life. Last night, you get the ball back at the 45 at the end of the 2nd half. Jones has been pounding them in the run game....under 5 minutes left.....run the damn ball Kevin. Instead we give them the ball back with a chance to score because we lost 10 yards on first down trying to run down the field routes.

Yeah, missed a face mask but that didn't lose that game. Stafford only pressured 4 times? 4? With Kupp and Nacua you're screwed there guys....sorry. I'm fine with KOC calling the plays but someone needs to do a better job of getting in his ear on the game management side of things. Uff it's bad at times, borderline terrible. Darrisaw getting hurt is the same play calling karma that got Kirk. What are we doing there? Now without him for a few weeks at least.

Dixon Ward and Greg Johnson were playing right when I was figuring out what UND hockey was and was all about. When I think back to when I started watching games, those guys come to mind right away and were integral to falling in love with the Sioux. A player that I think a lot of people forget about is Jeff McLean. His Senior season with UND he finished with 70 points, after starting his freshman year with 3.

Actual prediction for the weekend: UND comes out hopping after a so-so performance in Mankato and puts the Terriers behind the 8 ball early in a 4-2 win on Friday. Saturday the Terriers respond, but we play okay too only to lose at the end or dare I say some OT in 3-2 fashion. Last time I saw BU live was a Friday night in December in 1996 at the Old REA. Freshman goaltender Aaron Schweitzer got the start, and after giving up three goals in the first period, the team rallied and won 6-4 in what was a very similar game to the March meeting between the two teams to close out that season. The Old REA was hopping that night.....the student section was merciless towards BU goalie Tom Noble (May have to check me on the name). Believe Tim O'Connell got tossed for a fight that night too for pounding a Terrier that got too close to Schweitzer.... The good ole days.....

Goalies are the best skaters so it shocks me that most lists won't just have 20 goalies that played at UND.

I'm the kiss of death for the team I pick to win the NCAA tournament. A reason I never pick UND for any game in that tournament. For those that didn't get it, my pick for the weekend had a bit of satire to it.

The Terriers come into the Forks for the weekend. They've got their goalie back that played a ton of hockey last year. They still have a Hutson (or two) and a Celebrini, but not "those ones". No one has defeated BU this year. Eiserman should be fun to watch. Should see plenty of a Jamernik lead line this weekend. A Zetterberg, an Almonte, a LaChance, a Lacroix.....lots of hockey history on that BU roster. UND easily plays a #fullsixty each night and rolls to a sweep with plenty of chest pounding culture in there too.

They are the best team in the NFC right now. Sounds like they may be getting Crosby from the Raiders now as well. Wonder if the Vikings are thinking of any big moves before the trade deadline.
-
The Lions are good. Vikings lucky to have the lead in the 4th quarter after the fumble recovery. Felt like a game they could steal, but the drive before the game winning kick was just atrocious. Don't give them the ball back, instead they went Rudy and....run....run...incomplete. Short week now before LA on Thursday.

I didn't see any of the game, but it seems like the group was fine with the effort, just "didn't get one to go". From what I've been told we were fine in the net and our young d unit played okay. We need guys like Kunz to show up and get on the scoresheet. Given a top 6 role and has been a ghost.

100%. The Janke brothers were elite.

I mean when you lose the likes of Tommy Schuster to a big ten school it's tough to recover. 5-5 against Oregon with a 162 RTG!
-
So did the SDSU guy drop that pass? Why not a review? Didn't see the full replay i guess.
-
How was Hedquist?
-
That throw to Deng rolling to his right was a nice cherry on top at the end. Jerry can sling the thing. Nice win today. Two wins on the road would be nice.

Can we get the review people from the NDSU game.
