  1. Minot needs an extra attacker goal and OT, but survives Mandan. 3-2 Minot in OT. They will be the third seed from the west.
  2. This is a great point. If the kid is laying in the slot then play should have been stopped.
  3. Its frustrating because if Blaisdell dies after the hit last week holding his head then the Denver kid no doubt gets a five. It's up to the NCAA to put in injury protocol for this crap. I said it before, I start with a minimum 30 minute concussion protocol for the kid. This die on the ice and come back the next shift crap has to stop.
  4. Red River hadn't beaten Central in four years. Then again, not a lot of teams have beaten Central the last four years. West: I'll take Minot over Mandan. Jamestown over Dickinson. And Century over BHS today. East: Central over North. Davies over WF. And South-Shanley over RR.
  5. That was a head scratcher defensively. The film won't be kind to a few guys. If you're SCSU you are ecstatic with two points at home against #1, and if you're UND you are shaking your head with a tie on the road. Duluth lost, so now it's a 9 point lead.
  6. Tie game. How good is Achan? Perunovich will get all the awards but playing the minutes he does at the level he plays.
  7. I guess I'll blame the big rink, but wow have we had some blown d zone coverage lapses. I'm sure that will be discussed in the film room.
  8. Poolman got away with a holding or interference on Achan.
  9. Wilbur's new NCAA hockey rule: If you lay on the ice after a hit holding your head there is a mandatory 30 minute cooling off period in concussion protocol.
  10. And now a review so Ahcan can get a breath.....
  11. 35 years playing.....coaching....reffing.... Never have I seen a major for interference.
  12. I've never seen a 5 minute major for interference.
  13. Guys seem a bit off with everything tonight..... And now its 2-1 SCSU.
