In the Denver game I thought the tv announcers were going to start crying when Denver won. They must be Big 10 fans.

You have to wonder if the now departed womens head coach’s son will stay with mens program? You would think USD would of liked one of the assistants to hang around for transition and for contact purposes with present recruits.

I believe she would be for year after next. Are we done for next year?

Have all our future recruits signed letters of commitment?

Yes I wonder. I think good things ahead for UND womens basketball. Maybe the Grafton girl will stay close to home now.

I would think Sanderson would be back next year. I wouldn’t think a pro team would want to start paying him since he gets hurt every week.

There were still tickets available for the game last night. It was not a sellout. The bison basketball following is not like their football following. The fans that wanted to go were there.

Grant is young. But he has has been played a lot. He looks like he could have decent form on his 3 point shot. Whenever he penetrates and takes a shorter jump shot or takes it to the hole he just simply isn’t a very good shooter. Not much touch being shown. Maybe he can improve down the road but I doubt it.

Shouldn’t of lost that game. Get one of those numerous rebounds on the free throw line it is probably over. Make some of those critical free throws and we win. Silly turnovers like the 2 turnovers on out bounds plays really costly. Wrong people taking big shots. And we got hosed by officials on numerous calls. Ibenago really not contributing at all for the most part. T is a mystery. Norman even worse almost all the time. And yet we should of won.

She played 38 minutes. Who cares who starts. Let the coach coach the team. Unless we know the specifics hard to comment on, without possibly spreading false information.

Between injuries, transfers, and quitting I am shocked we take teams to the wire in most games. Skeletal crew out there over performs for the talent they have.

Matthew’s is going to be a lot better ball player than a lot of people might think. He definitely has a right future.

You can call that a double digit loss but if you watched the game that was not a double digit loss just to be fair. Scores can change quickly at the end of game when one team has to take chances and force things.

The reality is the NDSU football program lives a charmed life.

Poor clock management by JMU. Poor decisions by JMU quarterback. Great intercept by bison db. JMU should of had another touchdown. JMU qb throws an intercept into double coverage when he had a receiver WIDE open for a TD. That cost them game. JMU probably should of won game. JMU was better team in second half. It just always seems to go right for the bison who always play at home. Bison are good but good fortune always seems to happen to home team.

I don’t think it is time to over react. In spite of our record we have a lot of talent and we are a very improved team. I know it is hard to believe. Unfortunately we have had some really bad coaching decisions and some bad play executions happen at very inopportune times in several games. They came back to haunt us. If those mistakes would be corrected the future could be bright. There is hope.

There is sometimes a fine line between being 1 and 4 and being 5 and 0. Both were very possible this year but unfortunately it is 1 and 4 that happened.

I would of liked our chances if we had the lead down the stretch of that game. Coachs took away the chance at seeing what would of happened. That call was a game changer.
