Elite scorers like Frattin,Caguilla (sp), or Pinto? I haven’t seen one in this group…..yet. It doesn’t mean that this team can’t win, they have proved that, especially on Saturday nights. I do miss watching someone carry the mail, with an opponent hanging on him and still score. But hey, every season is a little or a lot different than the last. Every team seems to be dealing with their own ups and downs. I like where our team is right now. Remember when Hak’s teams would be sucking eggs till Xmas and all of the sudden turn on after?

With little margin for error, this team needs to play inspired hockey. I have to place that responsibility on the coaching staff. What do they do differently from Friday to Saturday?

They just need to play 20 minutes more like the 1st 40 minutes.

I was asked a couple of times if I was wearing a Notre Dame coat. Had a beer in a bar in Green Hills that was flying a NDSU flag. Other than that it has been quite entertaining so far.

Why is beer so cheap in Nashville? We have been to 3 bars so far and the most paid has been $4.50 for a pint of Shiners Bock, the rest have been $3 a pint.
