That guy isn't worth responding too. He writes things like this to drive people to that newspaper's site. He tries to rile people up like that Coleman guy from the Star Tribune.

I had a gopher fan offer me a couple hundred for my sioux jersey at a game at mariucci 5 or more years ago. I was sitting in the middle of their season ticket holder section. I told him, no thanks buddy.

This team needs wins. They are getting them. To watch these freshmen do so well is very encouraging. There is a real chance that this team can compete in the Big Sky, and perhaps...go on a run and get an autobid to the big dance. That is a big IF, but the groundwork is being laid this year.

To write a story like this in a publication other than the National Enquirer, there is something, s-o-m-e-t-h-i-n-g. I don't think this or any bill will save the nickname, that is good as gone. My problem is, did the leader of our University lie to us all? I'm not sure, we need more information and on-camera interviews of the parties involved. I will sort of turn around what you wrote above about the newsroom quote, and write this: You are creating the facts without listening to the story.

I agree, we are in a great conference. That is NOT the issue. Here is the issue: Either Kelley or Douple lied. Do we want someone like Kelley as the leader of our fine university? What other unethical (illegal?) things is he doing on the more "minor" issues? Kelley doesn't stand out as anything special. He is a figurehead who can be easily replaced. If this is true, I believe the SBoHE should fire him, as he will no longer have any credibility. Now, if Douple lied, he should be removed immediately, blah blah, but I don't really care, as that is not UND's conference. My interest is in the University of North Dakota, and its fine history as an institution of higher learning.

For so long, people have said this man was hired with an agenda. I had tried to keep an open mind, this is MAJOR, and dismissal worthy.

This topic is riduculous. I wish we could lock it and get rid of it so I don't have to keep seeing it on the front page. Start one after the season if you want....I would rather focus on the remaining 10 regular season games, and the playoff run. GO SIOUX!

I watched some Youtube footage of Panzarella. WOW, is it different in the USHL. They take their helmets off, move their pads, take their time, then fight. Compare that to NCAA hockey, where the refs would have jumped on you far before that. It must be hard for guys who are used to that to come to college hockey.

Just before Thanksgiving, I predicted Packers Jets in the Super Bowl. So, I am going with those 2 teams today!

There is a site through Ticketmaster for UND season ticket holders to sell their seats. It is nice, because you just print the tickets off, there is no exchange. They are guaranteed by Ticketmaster also, so you don't have to worry about fakes.
