Anyone flying out from MSP???

Less than 3000 fans at their playoff game. How many of those were Sioux fans? How can a community of 60,000, a school the size of UND or a bit bigger not come out to the first St. Cloud playoff game since 1989? The stadium only seats 4000 to 5000. I feel bad for the St. Cloud players, especially the seniors to have to not only end their careers, but to do it at "HOME" with the anemic turnout of St. Cloud fans. Throughout the game, the Sioux players urged the crowd on for noise as if they were at home. Good for the Sioux, shame on the city of St. Cloud and the surrouding area as well as St. Cloud State University.

Anyone with some information about Tech? Isn't their stud QB out for the year with a knee injury?

They played UND tough last year, almost beat us at home. I think teams of UND/GVSU's caliber can't help but look past them, even though they say they don't, due to their weak conference, and this affects how they play in some form. Plus, they have a good offense so your D better be on its toes. Given the choice of playing at St. Cloud or Winona, I think I would pick Winona. We will know after Saturday if Winona is for real.

GVSU should handle Winona and then Northwood easily. Hopefully the Sioux can win a game over St. Cloud and then beat Michigan Tech to set up a huge game in Grand Forks. First things first, stop St. Cloud and Matt Birkel.

What is the situation? How do UND fans get tickets. I wonder how many are available? We aren't used to going on the road for the playoffs, at least in recent years. It should be a fun trip down to St. Cloud. Thanks for the information.

I second the motion for Lammy in Wisconsin. He did good tonight. Hard fought win for the Sioux.

Do teams get byes? I heard they do. Would 1 and 2 get byes with 3 hosting 6 and 4 hosting 5?
