Record vs. TUCs is one of the four comparisons against all other TUCs. Losing the 3-1 record the Sioux have against TUCs lowers that percentage and the comparison to other TUCs. Although it would hurt other WCHA teams with good records also vs MTU and therefore maybe not hurt the Sioux comparisons vs those teams as much, it will hurt in the comparisons against teams in other leagues. You want every team that you have a good record against to be a TUC. Right now losing the Gophers as a TUC is the most imminent possible change.

Hard to argue who thought what, but it appeared Anderson tried to leg check Oshie, and didn't really connect, although it may have appeared to Zajac that he did. The Zajac retaliation was immediate and came quickly after the leg check/attempted leg check. The teams could have skated away from the puck on the faceoff but it was unlikely that it was going to happen, given the surliness of both teams by the end of the game.

Assumed it was Anderson that sticked Oshie in the head after the faceoff but it was Carman; Zajac just retaliated on the wrong guy, or maybe the nearest Gopher jersey.

I stand corrected. Guess I had the wrong guy just like Zajac. Doesn't change the Gopher (whoever 16 is) sticking Oshie in the head after the faceoff.

He was sitting on top of him, and gave him a good shot to the head, much like Bruess on Kaip last season. Peltier should have been DQ'ed, certainly not a Goph PP instead.

Anderson c-checked Oshie in the head off the draw, Zajac c-checked Anderson. Guess that must have been Anderson's first career hit, and, like a true Gopher, he did it after the final horn.

Would guess a place like ESPN Zone would have the equipment tp motor to Galaxy 26, as well as the receivers and lnb's so that they can scan in KU band, as well as C band, signals. Take the location, transponder, polarity, and symbol rate with you, and, if the guy running the equipment wants to, he will get FSSN for you. Your are correct, it was on B10, I do have an HD channel on dishnetwork for FSN, but haven't seen a broadcast on there yet.

Someone on caringbridge has offered seats for the SCSU series. Would be nice if he could hook up for the trip over with the Chorney's/Lefty, and they could bring Pete along also.

The last Gopher home game (SCSU) was broadcast on FSN in HD; maybe we'll get HD for both games this weekend.
