ESPNU HD is 141 on the DISH hopper; same channel for SD. NCCRay cable in NWND does not have ESPNU and does not pay for ESPN3, so no cable or stream out here.

SLU Friday=last night. Time for another team meeting. Appeared to be 4 crappy teams in this tourney. Worst day of playoff hockey I've seen. Have to watch an NHL game to remember how hockey is actually played.

It is working again today, although its hard, if not impossible, to find more than "singles" anywhere in the arena, while some sections are totally unavailable.

And that is the exact reason why the sos for NCHC is so poor. They play most of their game in conference, but with the losses by all conference teams to what turned out to be "bad to very bad" non con teams, almost all in conference games are played against teams that are weak (mathmatically). So, poor SOS The old WCHA usually had a very good non con record, many against good teams (not counting the gopher cupcakes, although the gophers won those games and therefore didn't drag the league down with them), and that often, even usually, translated into the top 10-12 places in SOS. While I think the NCHC conference is much better now than the ugly early season non con losses would indicate, it is what put the league where it's at, with all struggling to make the tourney, and the second team in with SCSU probably the one that gets the autobid. Simple math trumps common sense.

Turn around several losses to really bad non con teams by other NCHC teams and I'd bet the Sioux would be a lock with their current record. The whole league's bad non con losses caused this mess. Shows how important those early non con games are to the league as a whole. If you schedule cupcakes, you better not lose. Odd how so many bubble teams are dependent on a Sioux loss or two to make the tourney.

True story, watched a guy (at Crosby) in front of me tee of on a par 3, 130 yards, Water right in front of the tee, about 50 yards across. He put 17 straight balls in the water, put the 18th on the green,and made the putt for 36. I could not physically carry enough balls to finish sawgrass 17, but I'd still have my sausage.

Here's an old gopher fan prediction, by multiple posters when the regional was in the REA (then known to those fans as Mariucci West). Multiple trolls repeated that we better not overlook Michigan if we were planning to meet the Gophers in the regional championship. We didn't, but there were no Gophers to be found, fans nor players on championship game night. Where were you all?

I feel the same way, but with no other options I'll probably still pay. There has to be a way to stream these so it looks HD and streams well. I've watched HD streams through americaone and they both look like HD and stream very well. With neulion, the problems are always on my end.
