  1. Supposedly a 1960 throwback. Nicer than the other two.
  2. Except that he often mis-identifies the 74 with 24 and calls him Callahan.
  3. Missed nothing except multiple more gafs by the crew, mostly in the first 10 minutes.
  4. Miami is virtually dragging Sioux players down going to the net on a rush, no calls. 6 goals scored, 4 count, Miami's goal scored on a blatant INT. You couldn't attempt to screw up a game more than Shep and partner have.
  5. INT on Kuraly to create the breakaway and goal. Shepard trying hard to make this game competitive.
  6. Refs are now 1/3 for reviews tonight.
  7. Marbles are for penalties, not goals. Grimaldi's has to count?
  8. Game of the day listed at 5PM on NBCSP. Doesn't state which won, but have to believe it will be USA/Russia.
  9. I believe I heard the play by play guy scream "great save" when Miami scored their first goal and were celebrating. Couldn't figure out where the save was?
  10. http://www.sbnation....dule-2014-sochi Complete hockey schedule with times and the NBC stations showing the game. Next two games start at 11AM on NBCSN and USA
  11. It was 4-3, 4 of 6 for Oshie. Shootout lasted so long had to back it up and watch again.
  12. Oshie 3; Kovalchuk/Daksyuk 2 Wasn't it 4-3?
  13. Oshie again; YES The Oshie shootout show
  14. Oshie for the win. NO
  15. Oshie for a third time. YES. How 'bout a fourth
  16. Crap; shot it over the bar.
  17. Dammit. Oshie again?
  18. Daksyuk stopped. Way to go Quick. Pavelski for the win. NO
  19. Looks like Oshie first.
  20. Who has been good on shootoiuts? I know Oshie has a high percentage of shootout goals for St. Louis Would think Kane in spite of missing twice in the 3rd. Maybe Pavelski?
  21. Great save on Kane at the end. Brown has stayed on the bench since his crappy penalty
  22. Can;t believe Kane didn't end it.
  23. Does the PP carry over into OT
  24. McMillan line not only scored the goals, but was the only line that consistently pinned Miami in their own end. Rocco got loose for several great chances again but still can't bury the puck. Sioux need more from the lines not McMillan.
  25. Wouldn't think the fire Hak crowd could argue with this, but I'd guess they will. Would like to ask them this: 1. How many years of good to very good seasons without a natty is a reasonable number before firing. 2. How many terrible seasons with no natty does a coach get without fans demanding he be fired? 3. After getting a natty, how many terrible seasons does a coach get before he is fired? I wouldn't like the above, even knowing the natty was coming in year 7, and I'd probably be bandwagon enough to quit watching and ignore the team until year 7. Or, if possible, dvr all games, delete the losses, and watch the wins in those first four years.
