I supposed we now have to be Harvard, NH, and UMD fans. Also SCCC may also have a chance to be a TUC by the end of the season. (I really hope not, as their fairweather fans are now dormant). Note that being a fan does not extend to when the play the Sioux (DOGZ...). Who else can help the Sioux?

Christian would be a good pickup. Possibly 1-2 years in the USHL, and then 4 years Sioux. He could come when we need him, but would not have the NHL timer due solely to his size.

Ok this thread is off course, but I'll play... Could you imagin either Pittsburg or Washington with Toews or Kessel, that would be awesome firepower, maybe those teams would tend towards a Johnson.

Jordy would do well with our Power Kill Strategy. BTW, I think Goran was the last Sioux Forward to be 6'3." (I'm not sure what he was listed at but I think 6'3" is about right. I'm not sure how Kantola would of fit in at UND, but I think that BG got a good solid player. The interesting thing to keep in mind with Marvin is that his game should have weeknesses, he is a High School Junior!!! He will only get better, and I think Warroad has turned out a good player or 2. If UND doesn't get this Kid, someone's head should role. UND is a Marvin birthright and expectation. BTW is Marvin really eligible for this years NHL draft? I saw that he is listed as a top 50 prospect. Finally, it seems that Shattuck is not quite as loaded as they have been recently. I think that the 07 and 08 graduating classes will have them back up near the top again. Edit: One other thought, If we have a defection, will UND tap the slovakian pipeline again???

I don't think that the student section will ever be eliminated. Too many pi$$ed alumni.

WOW... This is cool to see. I agree that Johnson or Kessel should be #1. I would have a tough time picking one. Kessel has so much that can't be taught, but at the same time needs to learn the game more and let it come to him. Johnson is huge and that can't be taught. I guess I think that Kessel should be #1. Toews seems like a legit top 5 player. How he performs the rest of the season should influance his position more than most other players. Forney at #14 is really cool to see. I hear his draft position improved because he went to UND.

If the Sioux put up 7 like they should, this will be no problem... The worst thing you can do is get into a defensive struggle against inferior talent. Time to see Radke and Lee pile up some assists.

At present I don't think that NH is doing anything for us as we don't have a quality road win. This should change.

OK so the Sioux are now 10th in PWR after Minnesota win. Need 8 points next 2 weekends, this would likely improve out position further.
