    I think he has all the skill and ability needed to become a very good defender. Last year he split time with Shaw as a freshman and had limited responsibility on a very good team. Time will tell, but in my opinion everything is there if he's able to put it all together. If I remember right he was a forward for quite a while before switching to defense prior to coming here. (not sure what age he started playing D if I'm remembering correctly)

    Haven't watched the UMD games, but they seem to be struggling based on the scores last week and tonight.

    I agree. I said that in reference to the post about us only playing 3 really bad games this year. I thought we should of swept the goofs.

    That's why I'm happy I live in Moorhead and not central Minnesota.

    We had the lead most of that game and if I remember right two goal leads twice. Then we scored a go ahead goal with around 2 minutes left in the game. I believe it was 45-60 seconds later Minnesota tied it. Friday was O no D, Saturday was D no O. I still think we are much better the the goofs and should of swept. The past is the past though. This team looks like it's putting it together now.

    Sounds like a good player. 2nd round pick in the WHL, good size, and from what I've read an offensive defenseman.

    I'd like to see Tomek get some time. Matt will be gone next year and maybe Cam as well after two really good years. Get Tomek some games, it may come in handy next year if not sooner.

    It might be good for Goehring to leave and take a bigger role elsewhere. After gaining all the necessary experience he could then come back here in a much bigger role in the future.
