To be fair he did hit a long throw for a TD the play after the 2nd interception. Props to Freuchte for having trust in him and scheming Bo open. I do agree that these simple throws need to start being made or else we need to look at Kaminski.

Now that we have gone away from trick plays every week I feel like we are going to hit on one in a big spot this year, particularly with how well we are running the ball and teams stacking the box against us.

We will have played 5 games. We are 2-1, and still play San Diego and Murray State before we head there.

No reason to not be 4-1 heading to the Dome.

Like that they are throwing a lot, need Romfo to get as many reps as possible for later in the year

At some point, there has to stop being a let down after a big game.

Anyone know why the next three game start at 1:00 even with no hockey? Figured at least 1 of them would be a 3:00 kickoff.

We also have to play to Romfo’s strengths, let’s move the pocket more and roll him out. Get him some easy completions early and allow him to settle in

Not sure how good Montana’s oline is but we man handled them in the second half. It was nice to see our defense get some pressure for a change.

Romfo had a tough game at times, but that play was special. No other QB on the roster makes that play.

It was his first D1 start in front of 60,000 fans. His passing will almost certainly improve as he gets more time and more comfortable. Tommy was also never good in these games so I am going to hold out and see for now

Iowa State. Colorado has a better offense but feel like Iowa State is better on defense and better coached. We don’t stop Colorado but think we run well on them.
