    Guchi, mash, pogo and gersich need to lead and deliver offense for us this weekend!

    We needed a guy who wanted to finish the job he started; not bolt for greener pastures. Not everyone agrees, but what % of UND supporters has be pissed off? >50%?

    Dave says they are the better team. Hard to argue but I think most of our players have potential to play much better than what we've seen on the ice this year. Can we turn it on for a playoff run? I want to think so. We'll see!

    This is disappointing to say the least. UND doesn't need this kind of distraction for heaven's sake. Bonehead decision on his part to apply for another job.

    On the offensive side, we need Mismash to play with heart and grit (like Zach Parise), top line to produce like Sat night and for Gardner to stay out of the damn penalty box. We need the freshman class to contribute offensively and MM is best equipped to do it.

    How about this? Those we thought were going to provide scoring this year (Guchi, Adams, Mismash, Bowen, maybe Yon) show us something better this weekend.

    We need to catch and stay ahead of W. Mich for 4th place and home ice. I think UMD still has good shot at 3rd place.

    Not hosting a Super Bowl party this year. Tired of watching Tom Brady. Also, bone head calls by opposing coaches (Pete Carroll and Dan Quinn) that gave Brady his last 2 Super Bowl wins. I expect it to be a long day for the Eagles defense. Brady wins again 37-7.

    We also need some puck luck. Like last year in the FFO where Borgstrom missed a wide open net in our 1-0 victory.

    I've stated since Day 1 that a military logo with ties to the GFAFB and honoring our military would be better supported than what we paid $50k for. Will it happen, no. Back to the mascot subject, I think it's a bad idea.

    As opposed to how we played at UMD this past series, to accomplish this we will need some scoring from Guchi, Hoff, JJ, Yon and Bowen, multiple goal games from the top line (Gersich, Pogo, Gardner or Jones) and better goaltending from Cam than he gave us vs the Dogs. I think the boys will figure out the PK.

    The goon (pionk) and the whiner (Toninato) from last year's team are gone. The boys should have revenge on their minds from last year after going 0-5 against the Dogs.

    We all need to convince our NDSU rivals (friends, business associates, relatives, etc) that it's time for them to go FBS. Feed the NDSU egos!
