Donny Schatz, the North Dakotan, who has dominated the World of Outlaws for the past decade, will run this Friday (7/9/2021) in Nascars truck series at the dirt track at Knoxville. Interesting to see who is better thr guys who have more experience at the track or the guys who have more experience with the equipment. That is sort of what the Superstar Racing Experience (SRX) is doing. They have some racing legends all competing and they usually throw in a local ringer. It's only, I believe, six or seven races in total. Only a few races left. Saturday nights on CBS. And Tony Stewart is the degree of separation. He runs in SRX. And Schatz drives for him in WoO.
  2. NDSU and Burgum have to be loving this decision.
  3. Few years ago they approved giving school giving athletes "spending money" above everything school related paid for. $2,000 to $5,000. This is more money for athletes now.
  4. I believe there is/was. Something about "market wage." So they couldnt pay you $100 an hour to cut lawns.
  5. So the rich get richer. Such as, Nike will pay Oregon athletes. Small guy will have harder time competing. Slippery slope.

I recently learned theres a motocross track outside TRF in Brooks, MN. Popular spot that holds races nearly every weekend in the summer. DMC Motosports
  7. Color me crazy, but I'd think the Merrifield Road already is a road with high traffic that would be perfect for an exchange....I dont know....because in the past they determined it would be a perfect place to drive over the interstate instead of 47th! They clearly decided back then it warranted it. But now build a "one sided interchange" on a nonexistent road? Lol
  8. An I29 interchange at 47th ave south is coming closer to reality. But that's like a bridge to nowhere. It's so popular theres no road there. Yeah dont put it at the popular spot just a mile south of there at 12th Ave NE (Merrifield Road) that already crosses the interstate.

  12. I enjoy community art a lot more than I enjoy "personal art." So I could "make that" but I'd need a team of people and lots of money. I enjoyed watching a Banksy doc and think he does some cool stuff.
  13. Kept waiting for the rocks to be finished at the Alerus... I guess it was. Hows the old saying go...? "If you're explaining, you're losing."
  14. I get bad cramps working outside in the heat. Bought some potassium pills last year to try and combat. 100 degrees last week I figure I better get those out of storage. Color me surprised when I finally looked at the label. 99 mg of potassium. 2% of Daily Value. What's the point of even selling these. Its literally the same amount as one bite of a banana. I thought krampade was just another electrolyte sports mix. I was wrong. So I bought my first bag. 4,000 mg of potassium in one scoop. Great results. Highly recommended on function not flavor.
