    Most portal reporting is via TwiX (players self-reporting) so the form isn't directly observed by the pundits like Schlossman. That is a change I'd like to see: Transparency. A true, open to the public, NCAA portal site, including the player's application including why they are looking for a new team (lost scholarship money, grad school, family/closer to home, not enough playing time, etc).

    Officially as soon as the player enters the portal. But I'm quite sure many 'family advisors' have made enquiries and discussed hypotheticals before some enter the portal. That's how some spend very little time in transition before landing in a new location.     UND had last change Friday night. Berry controlled matchups. So why juggle the lines when you can put out your choice against McGroarty et al. It's like Berry was reacting when he should've been driving/controlling. Or were we more hurt/ill than we were led on.
