Based on yesterday I see the BSC with only 5 and the MVFC with 3.

Has the game passed our age 57+ coaches by? (I’m thinking of two sports right now.) On NHL Radio yesterday Ken Daneyko said 1/3 of players in his day couldn’t play in the league today and 1/3 of today couldn’t play then. Why? The game is different. It’s gone from a strength and power game to a speed and skill game. What era game are we coaching for?
