Displaced Nodak Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Of course during my freshman year in college they won it all for the first time in 1994, in a great game against VERY good Central team led by both Panzers. Quote
It's more fun Drunk Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 And cause hes a kid from the west. miller woulda had some padded stats too playing the weak teams out west........but im not saying anything else Quote

You may want to go back and see if you can find some old rosters from GFC...the Panzers never played at GFC together. Jeff skipped HS and went straight to the FM Sharks instead. The beginning of a disturbing trend for for the Grand Forks players that come from the north end of town. We can lay the blame on some guy named Chuck for that. Until he went ahead and started to believe that he was the reason we were winning year after year, we dominated the GF rivalry and North Dakota HS hockey. Serge Gambucci You may want to take that back. Jeff only skipped his Sr. year. When Jay was a Jr. and Jeff was a Soph. (1994) they played together. Quote

They played on the same line. You might want to go check some old central rosters yourself. Quote

BringDeanBack Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 You just dont like it cause HEs a kid from the west on a team that didnt make state. How good can the kid be if he couldn't get his team to state playing in the west? Quote
siouxfan4life99 Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 TRIVIA TIME: Herbel may have padded his stats yeah, but could anyone tell me who the two players are from last year's Team ND that are playing in the USHL and which teams they represented during their high school careers? Quote
siouxfan4life99 Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Ray77 you seem to know a lot about ND hockey what's the answer? Quote

siouxfan4life99 Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 I do not believe Mr. Erick Galt was on TEAM ND nor was Mr. Weisgarber Quote
It's more fun Drunk Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 my bad but thats all i got for ya Quote
fightingsioux4life Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Note to Coach Dean Wilson: Take your pompous a$$ and your rent a player, and go I-29 south ASAP. I agree, so much for "The Best High School in North Dakota". Congrats to Red River, bringing the title back to Grand Forks where it belongs! Quote
siouxfan4life99 Posted February 25, 2007 Posted February 25, 2007 Well once again the Riders pull it out. I guess Malm pretty much showed Wilson how you coach. After the 2nd period it looked like it was all South, but Malm makes the adjustments and his team outplays South in the 3rd. Note to Wilson: when you are down 2 goals you should probably get your goalie out of the net for an extra attacker. That is fundamental hockey I believe. Nice job again Mr. Wilson. Malm is by far the best coach in the state. Quote
