Trunk Monkey Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 I really thought that Watkins and Kozek were going to reach the next level this year. Granted the year is not over but we need more production out of these two guys if we want to see a turnaround in the 2nd half of the season.
Trunk Monkey Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 hell, he probably just jumped the boards himself and said screw it, this will be my only chance and im going in and called for a line change himself That was a good one!!!!
redwing77 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 I found it interesting that Foyt was on the powerplay considering he has seen very limited ice time this year. Not as interesting to see Finley on the powerplay. I support Finley (duh) but offensively minded he is not! Foyt, on the other hand, has played both D and F in his career (both at UND and in juniors). Despite his limited play, I'd still put him on the powerplay over Finley.
31-9 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Pucks about to drop for the third. Good luck Sioux . . . gotta eat up Devine's rebounds, that's how Harvard beat 'em

Granted the year is not over but we need more production out of these two guys if we want to see a turnaround in the 2nd half of the season. I really feel bad for Kozek. Every time I watch him it seems his shots are just inches short!! It seems he hits the pipe more than any player except maybe TJ.
Sioux_Yeah_Yeah Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Is anyone else's webcast being really choppy?? Or is it just me lol
Trunk Monkey Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 I really feel bad for Kozek. Every time I watch him it seems his shots are just inches short!! It seems he hits the pipe more than any player except maybe TJ. Hopefully that changes tonight with a game winning goal.
Sioux-cia Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Damn, those penaltys are gonna be the end of us!!
Stromer Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Pucks about to drop for the third. Good luck Sioux . . . gotta eat up Devine's rebounds, that's how Harvard beat 'em But that would involve crashing the net, a concept not known on this team.
SiouxFanatic Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Funny how the announcer keeps saying the Fighting Sioux are not a team to get many penalties in a game.
It's more fun Drunk Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Funny how the announcer keeps saying the Fighting Sioux are not a team to get many penalties in a game. quoted as Sioux average 7 a game...if true that isnt that many
Sioux-cia Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Historically we've been known to be a physical team and got lots of penalties because of that. But now, we're just getting stupid penalties!
31-9 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Uhh, penalty on UND . . . they've really gotta stop this
redwing77 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Wow. Can we play smart hockey here? We're just putting ourselves down now. Radke... now Forney... who's next? Jones? Finley?
Wookie#12 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Michigan 3 - 0 over Tech, 8 mins left in 2nd.
dallassiouxfan Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Jesus @#$ christ. Another penalty. I am getting sick of this.
31-9 Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Tanner Glass with some gooning on Lammy . . . I guess not all Ivy leaguers are intelligent
Sioux_Hab-it Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Sioux are lucky the juicy big rebound didn't get knocked in.
dallassiouxfan Posted December 30, 2006 Posted December 30, 2006 Glass runs Lammy. This could be the spark that we need.
