dagies Posted October 5, 2006 Share Posted October 5, 2006 It's either a tactic with handling the goalies or else I found it interesting that he seems comfortable with the idea of Grieco playing in nets at any time. He's a very young kid to throw out there. Was there any clue regarding the comment on Genoway whether "top 6 forward" meant "in his career" or "right now"? I worry about Forney's shoulder. It's good to hear he's had a couple of good practices, and I trust the coaches not to rush him. Would hate for him to suffer recurring problems. I'm kind of concerned....I had thought I heard during the meet the Sioux that he had "torn his groin." I heard Hak say that there were a couple of players with "sore groins." I took Hak to mean "right now." Of course, I can't read minds as well as some NDSU fans, so it's possible that my interpretation is incorrect. FWIW: ZJ stated Monday night that he is good to go this weekend and that the coaches were just being cautious during the exhibition game and again during Meet the Sioux.
