No, that’s a bad review. The Providence player cross checks the Q player and went down into the goalie.

I always thought it was so odd that a team only gets one timeout per game.

I don’t know how you can say it didn’t affect the goalie since his cross check was why he hit the goalie. 

Goalie interference will never have a clear definition.
