Similar to Zellers in that he has close family with GF connections. Not similar to Zellers in that haven't heard him say he's had a deep desire to play for UND since he was small. Will trust that his father has done his due diligence in indoctrinating him to Sioux hockey.

They have been called out before for just using schools that player follows on IG. That was their list. In Thompsons case, where they don’t have that info, pick a handful that would make sense logically. 

If I remember they had UND for a player that was never going to UND because of him being out East. I want to say they had Michigan, BC, or BU listed for every player that they listed "where will they end up".

I know there were rumblings that Thompson might commit next week, but Schlossman said on his podcast today not to expect an announcement any time soon
