Would really like Levi Harper to commit here….ive been tracking him for awhile and he seems to just be getting better and better

Isn't Harper's brother still committed to Michigan (for now)? Would think that's where he'd be leaning

I wonder what this means for his plans this season. He will likely only play a couple of games before world juniors. This is probably the dagger for his chances of playing college this season.

He'll probably sign his ELC, recover, and go back to the Q and stat pad when he gets healthy

Dayne Beuker to Denver…

You just knew as time went on that he was less & less likely to commit to North Dakota and more & more likely to commit to somewhere like Denver. Agh

Denver is a good landing spot for him as a player. Great coach and an opportunity to play on the top line(s) right away. Berchild and Beuker will immediately be two of Denver’s top players when they got on campus.

Now that Beuker is crossed off of the list, the last freshman or two for 26/27 will almost certainly be from the CHL.

That one stings, but realistically probably only have room for 1-2 if Simpson, Schultz, Williams and McKamey are all set to come in. That doesn't even include if O'Neil has a good year and comes in.

Just land Preston and then this one doesn't sting anymore, haha.

+1

Preston and DuPont, and then no one else and it’s still the best recruiting class in ncaa hockey. :)

One or two of the five mentioned above will stay in juniors for another year. O’Neil needs a big year to make the jump. If all five of these come in, that still projects to be a good freshman class, imo.

That being said, I think Bryn will mix it up a little bit to get his guys. He’ll want to get a guy or two to solidify the class. There are a ton of studs still out there, including Preston. I’m guessing he takes five freshmen and using the portal to fill any early departures.

Chances that we'll see our first commit for this recruiting cycle tomorrow?

:tinfoilhat:

I hope to see our first commit for this recruiting cycle tomorrow!!! The chances are possibly 50/50 if I had to guess. Anything can happen.

Finn Sears to BC

Mild deviation from what I expected. Would have thought Sears would have gone to Boston University with Meyer and Pandolfo. Now we await to see if Rocco Pelosi ends up at Boston College as most expect.

Yeah…sometimes is good to carve your own path eventually.

Heres hoping we add a recruit soon :)
