Giampa and the young Russian putting up some serious points so far for them. We’ll see if they can continue playing well once NCHC play begins.

Kocha Delic, remember the name. Kid was really good for Sudbury in the O & didn't get drafted because he's short

Michigan beats Providence 3-1

They're built top to bottom really well. Should definitely be a tournament team again this spring

I noticed that Spicer hasn't suited up for either WMU game yet this season.
Assuming he is being healthy scratched?

Maybe he flunked remedial reading.

New Pairwise is out. Boys are #3. Miami #5!

Missing from top 25: Western and Minny. 😂😂😂

I wonder if that is still valid though, as the NPI is now being used. And how would BU be #1 after tying Colgate? That in itself doesn't make sense.

On the line charts he looks to be a healthy scratch?

From USCHO site:

Results not available at this time
*Team's NPI has been adjusted to remove negative effect from defeating weak opponent.
#Team's NPI has been adjusted to remove positive effects from losing to strong opponent.
The NCAA Percentage Index is one tool used to select teams for the national collegiate ice hockey tournament. Only results from games between Division I and II teams are used. Factors involved are 1) the team's winning percentage; 2) the weighted average percentage of the team's opponents NPI.

PWR is 100% useless and NPI doesn't take effect until 12 wins (minimum)

Hardly 100% useless. It gives a preview of how the NPI will shake out, as there isn’t a great deal of difference between NPI and PWR. Which is why USCHO is showing the PWR. Yeah, it’s early but the PWR shouldn’t be discounted.

The pairwise has aways been useless early in the season though. Way too early to be looking at any of those rankings.

Him and Gallatin haven't played in any game

Last I heard (early last week) was that Western was still trying to get him eligible to play.
