cberkas Posted June 26 Share Posted June 26 Since the draft is this weekend might as well start a new season. Today is the start of the Fanatics era of jerseys. Kings going with a throwback jersey design (Gretzky) and the Ducks going with the original logo with the current colors. Fanatics taking a lot of blame on the quality of the new Nike MLB uniforms (Fanatics makes them) so hopefully the NHL jerseys are of the same quality the Adidas ones are. Also, there are two groups one led by Anson Carter and the other being the Gathering Arena proposal to bring the NHL back to Atlanta. The Houston Rockets owner has also met with Bettman about a team in Houston. There is the talk of the NHL wants a second team in Toronto like how New York and LA have 2 teams. Avs owner working to build a new arena in San Diego to have a team there (not to relocate the Avs). I could see teams doing hard dump ring around dump ins to get the puck back in their zone to reset. But the best solution is to have no 3x3 at any level and leave 3x3 to 3Ice.
