dakotadan
This is probably a dumb question but...... I have been trying to find the exact years that UND has won it's 13 WCHA regular season championships. I seem to be missing one. 1958, 1965, 1967, 1979, 1980, 1982, 1987, 1997, 1998, 1999, 2001, 2004... I have also been trying to find out what the final standings were in all of those years. I was also wondering about the final five tourney. If anyone can help that would be great. I checked the WCHA website and couldn't find anything as far as standings going more than a few years back. I can't find anything on FightingSioux.com. I have even been sitting here with my 75 years of Sioux Hockey Book and I seem to be missing something, it's just not all adding up. I thought that was strange. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> They used to play a third place game, but the coaches complained about it. Very anticlimactic if you ask me. Just another excuse to overcharge people for tickets. I still like the WCHA third place game though, because some teams may need to win it to get to the NCAA's.
