She is awful. Her feet don't leave the ground when she jumps and has no timing and cannot keep track of where the ball is. But she is quite attractive. The tan guy and the guy with the squeaky voice can spike fairly well and the red head is good in the back row. He makes digs and big plays when it counts the most.
