He was talking about St. Cloud State (a.k.a. Jan Brady State University or JBSU). The Huskies have since won an NCAA tournament game, but it's still a valid description. Yes, that "NCAA Game One and Done" banner raising ceremony still brings a tear to many an SCCC alum, and is remembered with a local holiday every year since.
