Just to add to my very old topic (cause its the bye week ;) ):

Most Hated Minnesota Rival:

It's not even close:

UND: 66%

Wisconsin: 23%

(sadly probably changing when Minnesota leaves our conference)

And for our newer fans a little trip down memory lane:

From USCHO: "Top 10 List of Favorite College Hockey Places"

1. Grand Forks, North Dakota

BSU, after they were just added, yeah right. BSU has had more post season than UofM has the last 2 years!

He was talking about St. Cloud State (a.k.a. Jan Brady State University or JBSU). The Huskies have since won an NCAA tournament game, but it's still a valid description.

Not really sure where to post this, but Gopher fans have spoken.

Asked during StarTrib reporter Roman Augustoviz's weekly chat "Which team (not including Gophers) would you most like to see at the Frozen Four in St. Paul", an interesting outcome:

Yes, that "NCAA Game One and Done" banner raising ceremony still brings a tear to many an SCCC alum, and is remembered with a local holiday every year since. I think the church bells ring, pigeons are released and the SCCC faithful do a shot of Prestone.:glare:
