Wash to be quite this good this year. I figured they would be in the mix, as they usually are, but thought their defense would give up some games. I suppose that is still somewhat true, since their defense has given up a ton of points, but their offense has been on fire. It had nothing to do with UND's defense. Protheroe is solely responsible for the effectiveness of the Cal Poly triple-option offense. Nobody can stop Cal Poly with Protheroe.
