The Sicatoka
Ahem. Minneapolis will only allow bird friendly, organic windmills and locally sourced solar panels to be placed in its city limits. "bird friendly ... windmills" ... oh, you're killing me <rotflmao> ... and the birds.

82SiouxGuy
Apparently, Bakken oil may be more combustible than other producers' ... http://online.wsj.co...sNewsCollection It takes very little refinement compared to most other oil. You could almost use it in a diesel engine right out of the ground. They mainly need to take out sediment and other particles, and some moisture. A lot of other oil needs to be separated into different grades.

Theres alot of dissolved ethane and methane is Bakken oil, so when the oil is heated, the ethane and methane form a vapor cap which explodes in a fireball if it reaches a spark source. Stripping out ethane and methane with nitrogen before loading would eliminate much of the volatility, but that costs.
