bcblues Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 I am seeing some nice touch and timing passes, not all of which are connecting. That bodes well for the future as this team gels and becomes used to playing with each other. Quote
passit_offthegoalie Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 ? Sweeney didn't say them nearly as much as these two. I know that's why I laughed. Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Manitoba break away... Zane makes the save! Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Rocco and Knight with a 2 on 1 and some nice passing but the goalie makes the stop Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 I am impressed with the passing on the PP... normally the first game of the season we are saying how the passing seems a little off, but I haven't noticed it too much so far this game. Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Rodwell going to the penalty box for tripping Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 UND full strength... final minute of the second Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Gaarder with a great chance and an amazing save by UM Quote

burd Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Looked like Rocco may have come up hurting late in the period. Hopefully he's fine, because he looked really sharp. Had to leave to skype my daughter but saw Rocco go down into the sideboards then skate off from deep in the Dzone later in the first. Was hoping it wasn't a knee problem. Sounds like he was back out and skating full tilt? Quote
bcblues Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Yeah, Rocco was looking good, skating hard. Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Knight is continuing to dominate on the faceoffs Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Wow! The dude just smashed Caggula in the head Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Matching minors... slashing (UND) and roughing (UM) 4 on 4 Quote
Wilbur Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Kind of what you expect in an opener. Sloppy play at times, but you like the offensive creativity even with it being so early in the season. Grimaldi is a magician with the puck. He's got a magnet somewhere in his stick. Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 MacMillan skates all the way around the net and then fans on the shot Quote
WiSioux Posted October 7, 2012 Posted October 7, 2012 Parks hurt... knee to knee collision... not putting any weight on the left leg at all Quote
