YaneA Posted November 6, 2003 Author Posted November 6, 2003 Yes, Fedorov, I will be pasting up that one tonight. I aim to please.

PCM Posted November 6, 2003 Posted November 6, 2003 FYI Signs with dark lettering on brown cardboard are almost impossible to read from the other side of the arena.
Fedorov Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 FYI Signs with dark lettering on brown cardboard are almost impossible to read from the other side of the arena. I'm surprised you can read the signs without them being on the jumbo screen. I think the cameras just need to be pointed towards the penalty box all weekend.
YaneA Posted November 7, 2003 Author Posted November 7, 2003 The signs, including this one, are black lettering on white poster board. Most fonts are 500 or 600-point. I've been told that has made them readable across ice. The drawback is, I can't use a very long message.
YaneA Posted November 7, 2003 Author Posted November 7, 2003 This is my last (I promise) idea: "Who You Gonna Call? GOPH-BUSTERS A. Schneider, M. Greene, M. Jones, M. Smaby, Proprietors 'We Ain't Afraid of No Gophs!'" Illustrated with a Gophers Prohibited symbol--red circle with slash through Goldie
The Sicatoka Posted November 7, 2003 Posted November 7, 2003 I know this is late .... sorry. Either one sign or three (sequentially): Non-Factor! Three signs would be Non- Fac- tor! Perfect for both the penalty box glass and pre-game intros.

Highly doubtful. Good thought though.

Good thought though. <{POST_SNAPBACK}> I know a girl who brought one to games last year. You could try. But since REA changes their rules every other day, it's a crapshot whether you can get it in or not.
Cratter Posted October 18, 2004 Posted October 18, 2004 Large pieces of paper, folded in your pocket, and a marker.
