sioux rube
Hopefully we see a similar effort tomorrow night. No letting off the throttle, we need the sweep! I sure hope so because I will be at the Ralph for tomorrow nights game.
MissSioux85
If Knight is injured now too, I might cry. From Brad Schlossman's Twitter For those wondering, Corban Knight says he's fine in postgame interview
brianvf
From Brad Schlossman's Twitter Excellent, no crying for me. Now, if the Sioux can manage to score 9 goals tomorrow, then I have to eat my underwear per the earlier arrangement.
brianvf
From the fightingsioux recap: Knight limped into the interview room after the game after injuring himself crashing into the net in the closing seconds in a bid to complete his first college hat trick. "I hurt my ankle a little bit, but I'll be fine,'' said Knight, named the game's No. 1 star. Because of the injury, he was unable to skate onto the ice to be recognized as No. 1 star when the game ended. "That's kind of a bummer,'' Knight said. "Nothing I can do about that. Hopefully there will be a couple more down the road.'' The Sioux are playing without veterans Brett Hextall (So., Manhattan Beach, Calif.) and Chay Genoway (Sr., Morden, Manitoba), both sidelined with injuries. "If we can continue playing this hockey with those guys out of the lineup,'' Gregoire said, "it's kind of scary to think what can happen when they're back in.''
