Big A HG Posted October 16, 2009 Posted October 16, 2009 PC beat Notre Dame tonight I wonder who's better.....Mack or PC Quote
Big A HG Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 According to Brad's Twitter feed, Stepane da Costa, who was inelgible for Merrimack last week, scored 5 goals tonight. Brad didn't list the opponent, but they played Army. Army is no college hockey stud by any means, but 5 goals against any D1 opponent is pretty impressive. He may have been a difference maker last Saturday. Quote
fargosioux Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 For anybody who hasn't gotten enough college hockey this weekend, Boston College and Vermont are playing on ESPNU right now. Quote
Goon Posted October 18, 2009 Posted October 18, 2009 For anybody who hasn't gotten enough college hockey this weekend, Boston College and Vermont are playing on ESPNU right now. And the dirty Eagles are down 4-1 or something like that. Quote

brianvf Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 No doubt. Now 4-2 Merrimack in the 3rd. DU doesn't look so tough now. Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 DU 1 UMN 0 In the 2nd. Who do you cheer for in that one? Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 I love how when the gophers are physical they are labeled tough and gritty. When the sioux are physical, they are goons. Quote
brianvf Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Who do you cheer for in that one? Two ties? Or a split. We don't want either team to feel too confident in their abilities at this point. Quote
Let'sGoHawks! Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Two ties? Or a split. We don't want either team to feel too confident in their abilities at this point. That is what logic tells you, but what does your heart? As I saw DU score, I didn't really have a good feeling that the gophers just gave up a goal. I didn't realize how close DU was on my hate list to UMN. Quote

Goon Posted October 24, 2009 Posted October 24, 2009 Now 4-2 Merrimack in the 3rd. DU doesn't look so tough now. I was hoping both teams would lose and under review in mpls right now. DU 2-0. That looks like it was kicked in. Quote
