LeftyZL
I think this statement is perhaps a prelude. Denver is waiting to see what the WCHA does. If the league doesn't suspend him, perhaps DU will. No Suspension for the Gwoz. UND Hockey
The Whistler
No Suspension for the Gwoz. UND Hockey What a freakin joke. There's no penalty at all for a coach to walk out on the ice AFTER he's been thrown out of a game.
YaneA
No Suspension for the Gwoz. UND Hockey Oh, hell, no! Well, WCHA, I am NOT satisfied. Where is George's statement of abject apology for acting like a 2-year-old and trying to be bigger than the game?
Riverman
DU's stand on Gwozdecky: http://www.denverpioneers.com/ViewArticle....;ATCLID=3654733 LOL!! Respect!! LOL!! So when Gwoz had his hand on his ear it was to ask what the penalty was?? LOL!! The late coach Shawn Walsh of Maine used to do the same ear tug. For those of you who might not be familiar... An ear tug is another way to display the choke sign. I sit in section 106 and have a clear view of Gwoz and the antics he did/didn't do. Will the WCHA do anything probably not. Riverman
So now it is ok for all coaches to walk on the ice?? And as long as the schools say it's a no! no! shame on you it's ok. Gotcha!! Flipping the bird not good, walking on the ice A ok. Good to know!
brianvf
I don't really care that Gwoz didn't get suspended. I just wish that he would have been given an extra minor penalty for delay of game when he walked on the ice. A full 2min 5x3 PP for the Sioux there would have been nice... But wow, Conboy and Tropp suspended for the rest of the season...Comley is laying it down there. Nicely done.
Big A HG
We won 8-3 when he was behind the bench the whole game. We tied 2-2 when he was not behind the bench for half the game. Let him coach!

So it was a push to have him in there and out of there Saturday.
