AZSIOUX
No change of possession so it doesn't matter that it hit a Gopher player is what it sounded like. was a bad call and everyone knows it all arenas need to have the same angles and cameras available to make it fair. bleedgreen
the only camera angle they can use is the overhead
LeftyZL
Replay is only as good as the official running the machine. They screwed up the first call (it should have counted) and it took them 10 minutes to figure out an obvious post-crossbar shot that never went in. Go figure. I still don't get why they didn't count the 2nd goal for SCSU in the first period. Yes, he deflected it with his hand. But it clearly went off the Gopher D-man before going into the goal. The referee's reasoning, according to the FSN guy, was that the player made a swipe at the puck and hit it in mid-air. What difference does that make? Isn't that like saying the SCSU guy high-sticked the puck, hit the Gopher guy, and then went in? I did not understand the call.
AZSIOUX
the only camera angle they can use is the overhead maybe they shold change that but i guess that means every arena has to have those angles. understandable
Siouxdonyms
Sounded like a pretty good shift for that line. Have to look for any positives right now!
Brasco
Any idea on the shot differential tonight? I miss the panzer, panzer, blake days when we routinely out shot opponents by 20-25 shots!
fightingsioux4life
Sounded like a pretty good shift for that line. Have to look for any positives right now! The problem is that we follow up a good shift with a crappy shift. We need a consistent effort, shift in and shift out, game in and game out and we aren't getting it right now. nodak hockey fanatic
sounds like we are missing alot of breakout passes and passes in the slot. mavs are getting their bodies in the right places. the sioux need to get one before the end of the period. We need to start generating better opportunities. Goaltenders at this level will stop shots from the outside if they can see them.

AZSIOUX
3-1 cows after 2 shots UND - 24 MSU- 14 20 minutes left. time to score a friken goal. 3 goals in 8 periods of hockey so far this season and walski has given up 6 goals on 30 shots in 5 periods so far this season. just pointing out stats and yes the D hasnt been great but a goalie also needs to make saves he isnt suppose to sometimes. GO SIOUX, COME ON SIOUX. make a comeback
Big A HG
Sounds like the momentum was really shifting into our hands big time. Period over now. Hopefully it will carry over. Zacharias will break eventually. Sioux win 4-3 tonight!
fightingsioux4life
End of the 2nd period. 3-1 MSU. Sioux 0-6 on the PP, MSU 0-4. SH goal really hurts right now. I think once we get a win and some goals, the mental block will be off of our guys. But until then, it's going to look ugly.

Zacharias will break eventually. Sioux win 4-3 tonight! He'll break if we can generate some sustained pressure and some quality scoring chances. That means getting some rebounds in front of the net and burying them when we get the chances.
